From print shop to double PANO Morlaix and PANO Brest agency
An entrepreneur from Brittany with a passion for the visual communications industry
Born in Brittany and based in Finistère for over twenty years, Sébastien Ramoné has long been involved in the world of printing and signage. After obtaining a BTS in sales and a printing technician’s diploma, he began his career as a technician, covering a wide area from Western Europe to North Africa.
After the birth of his first child, he decided to set up his own business. He set up his first printing and signage business, then gradually expanded his activities to include traditional and large-format printing, vehicle flocking, textile marking, etc. Continued growth led him to buy out a second local company in 2023.
A natural transition to signage, a booming market
With the market evolving and activity in the printing sector declining, Sébastien decided to step up a gear in the signage sector, where demand is growing steadily. To reinforce this development, structure his offer and assert his positioning, he is looking for a network capable of supporting him in this key stage.
Above all, it wants to boost its business and consolidate its reputation around a strong brand image, supported by values close to its own.
Choosing the PANO network: a natural fit
After a visit to PANO France headquarters and several discussions with the team, his decision was made. He found a family model, a solid organization and structured support, in line with his entrepreneurial vision. Two branches open simultaneously: a network first
In an ambitious and strategic move, Sébastien opens two PANO branches at the same time, a first in the network’s history.
- The first is the result of a brand transition: its historic Morlaix business becomes PANO Morlaix, marking a turning point in the structure’s identity and visibility.
- The second is the takeover of PANO Brest, in line with the company’s vision of regional development and strengthening the network’s presence in Brittany.
These two locations enable the company to cover a wide area and support local businesses in all their visual communication needs: indoor and outdoor signage, vehicle branding, large-format printing, window dressing, personalized media…
A new stage in support for Breton professionals
With this dual project, Sébastien has confirmed his ambition to become a key player in signage in Finistère and Côtes-d’Armor. Backed by the PANO network, he now puts his experience, technical skills and entrepreneurial vision at the service of the region’s professionals, with an offer that’s more structured, more visible and more complete than ever.
