PANO recruitment
8 steps to joining PANO
Joining PANO doesn’t happen by chance. To ensure the brand’s consistent development and provide structured support for each candidate, PANO relies on a clear, rigorous and fair recruitment process.
Whether you’re a budding entrepreneur, a visual communications professional, an investor or a business owner looking to develop a new activity, your application will be carefully examined to ensure that your profile, project, geographical area and network standards are aligned.
This is an 8-step process, from your first inquiry to final approval by the Executive Committee.
1. Request for information
It all starts with a simple, no-obligation contact form. Use the contact form to tell us about your background, your project, your geographical area and your motivations.
This is the starting point for a transparent exchange based on mutual understanding of your business project.
2. Sending PANO documentation
You will receive the PANO pre-folder, a comprehensive document that will enable you to discover the world, the business and the strength of the network in its entirety. It presents the concept, the signage market, the range of products on offer, and how a PANO branch operates.
This pre-file is a real immersion in the PANO ecosystem. It allows you to project yourself realistically into your future career as a dealer, before continuing your selection process.
3. Telephone interview
You then have an in-depth telephone conversation with the Development Director. This exchange allows you to :
-
to present the concept in more detail,
-
entry requirements,
-
financial aspects,
-
to answer your initial questions.
This is a key stage in the mutual validation of the project’s interest in joining PANO.
4. Delivery of the Pre-contractual Information Document (PID)
Once the principle of your application has been validated, you enter a more official phase with the submission of the DIP. This regulatory document is sent to you via your candidate space and signed electronically. It contains in particular :
-
the brand’s history,
-
the identity of managers,
-
the network head’s legal data,
-
national and local market conditions,
-
list of dealers,
-
the draft contract,
-
annual financial statements.
Signing the DIP also marks a commitment to confidentiality, allowing you to move forward with complete transparency.
5. Participation in Discovery Day
You are then invited to an immersive discovery day. This day gives you the opportunity to meet our teams, find out how the network works and visit one or more branches. On the program:
-
detailed presentation of the concept,
-
exchanges with executives,
-
agency visit,
-
exchange lunch,
-
presentation of the next stages of the project.
It’s a highlight of the course, giving you a concrete idea of what it’s like to work as a signage expert.
6. Local market research
Your project then enters a more operational phase with local market research.
This step allows us to precisely analyze your zone:
- business environment
- customer typology
- competitive analysis
- development potential
This step reinforces the solidity of your layout.
7. Application & Area Reservation
Once your project is sufficiently advanced, you can move on to formalizing your application and reserving your area. This stage secures your area while you build your forecast and look for premises.
It’s a real sign of the network’s confidence in your project.
8. Approval by the Executive Committee
Last step in the process: your application is presented to the Management Committee. This body officially validates the entry of new dealers into the network.
This validation guarantees selective recruitment: each new project meets the network’s requirements and contributes to PANO’s coherent and sustainable development.
