After five years in banking and finance, Blanchard wanted to move towards a more human, versatile and practical profession. His meeting with Élie, manager of PANO Nice Est, through the Nice Chamber of Commerce and Industry, marked a turning point. Their immediate understanding facilitated the takeover of the agency and initiated a smooth transition to the visual communications sector.

Curious, a jack-of-all-trades and driven by a strong desire to learn, Blanchard quickly recognized himself in the signage sector. He sees it as a complete profession, combining creativity, technique, project management and human relations. To secure his entrepreneurial project, he chose to join the PANO network, attracted by its fluid organization, strong image and structured support. A second branch to accelerate growth

Building on the experience he had acquired in Nice, Blanchard continued his expansion by opening a second branch in Menton. This strategic move strengthens PANO’s presence on the Côte d’Azur and confirms his entrepreneurial ambitions. For this opening, he chose to take over a colleague’s premises, a decision that enabled him to set up quickly and optimize his organization. This approach reflects his vision of the business: to transmit, federate and accompany a team towards success. Blanchard describes himself as a leader of men, convinced that the growth of an agency depends as much on the quality of its work as on the development of its people.
