Access conditions
Becoming a PANO Master Pays is for experienced investors or business leaders who want to develop an international brand in their own territory. What counts above all is your ability to federate and manage a network, and to achieve sustainable growth.
An initial investment of at least €100,000 is required to open a pilot branch, a veritable showcase for PANO know-how and a demonstration of the concept’s profitability. This local anchor point then enables the dealer network to be gradually rolled out.
Residing in the country concerned is essential to ensure a strong operational presence and in-depth knowledge of the market. Your leadership skills will be an asset in recruiting, supporting and energizing local entrepreneurs. Finally, your role is to structure the network and rapidly build it into a benchmark position in your territory.
